Just wanted to thank you again for going above and beyond the call of duty. I certainly had no idea that my ancient garage would pose so many logistical and engineering problems, so I am especially grateful that you spent so many hours to get the job done right.
I am amazed at what a difference the new door makes. Now that the temperature has dropped to near zero, it must be 20 degrees warmer in my garage. And I've had many compliments on the new door's appearance. I can't believe I didn't get rid of that old eyesore years ago.
I've already recommended your services to all my friends at the radio station, so I'm guessing you'll be hearing from them in the years ahead.
